Profile:
Dr Darren Rom is an Australian-trained adult and paediatric Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon with a subspecialty interest in Rhinology (nose and sinus disorders).
Dr Rom completed medical training at the University of Sydney, followed by a Master of Surgery in Otolaryngology. He undertook specialist training in New South Wales, and was awarded his Fellowship by The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
Dr Rom undertook further subspecialty training at the Royal National Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, London focusing on advanced rhinology, facial plastics and skull base surgery. He has ongoing interests in research and medical education, and has published and presented his work at both national and international meetings.
