Profile:
Dr Jenny Cook is an Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon with subspecialty training in infertility and IVF.
Dr Cook graduated from the University of Sydney in 1993. She completed specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Westmead Hospital. She went on to complete a 2 year Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy at Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide. She was a Clinical Lecturer at Flinders University and the University of Adelaide. She has trained at overseas units and has attained the highest level of Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (RANZCOG Level VI).
Jenny’s special interests are fertility treatment, endometriosis, fibroids and hysteroscopic surgery. She has published widely in the area of Gynaecologic Laparoscopy and has also presented at many national and international meetings. Jenny was a Director on the Board of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society. She is committed to training other gynaecologists through her ongoing involvement with the Sydney Women’s Endoscopy Society and Flinders Endogynaecology.
